Meet your hosts: Sunny (mom of four) and Lindsay (mom of two + bonus fam!) — two friends with big feelings, big opinions, and a big love for all the good moms out there. In this kickoff convo, they’re setting the stage for what this podcast is all about: showing up, learning out loud, and reminding each other (and you) that loving your kids and yourself makes you a good mom. Period.

This isn’t your typical parenting podcast. We’re not here to tell you what to do — we’re here to do it with you. Expect laughs, real stories, the occasional kid cameo, and maybe even a merch idea or two (hashtag #goodmom, anyone?).
