Your mom friends are back! Season Two is here with new videos every Monday! šŸ’›

Lindsay and Sunny created GoodMom for support and honest conversations about motherhood and finding joy in a world moving at warp speed. They believe we’re more capable of healing, growing, and creating joyful lives than we realize—and that being a “good mom” is about love, awareness, humor, and grace, with the occasional bathroom escape for five minutes of peace. If you’ve ever wondered whether you’re doing enough or secretly doing better than you think… you’re in the right place. šŸ˜‡

Lindsay grew up in the Pacific Northwest town of Redmond, when it was more trees than tech. As a girl in the ’80s, she was convinced she’d become the next Barbara Walters, but life had other plans! She was guided into business, entrepreneurship, and mentoring people building meaningful companies without losing their minds and souls. She’s been a working mom her entire life, which means she has answered emails in parking lots, solved crises while grocery shopping, and reheated the same cup of coffee six times. She’s been married twice, has two grown children in their late 20s and early 30s, a few beloved ā€œbonus kids,ā€ and one bonus grandson who has stolen her heart. Much of her adult life has been rooted in multi-generational family living — sometimes beautifully chaotic, sometimes deeply sacred — including walking alongside two grandparents and two parents through their end-of-life journeys. Her passion for motherhood runs deep, from the beautiful beginnings through the sacred hard stuff nobody talks about enough.

Co-Host

Sunny is an independent journalist and host of the podcast, Unscripted with Sunny. She also has a B.S. in Journalism (yes, she fully appreciates the irony). Sunny is married with four kids — including identical twin girls — and at one point had four children ages 3½ and under, which basically qualifies her for advanced survival training and/or sainthood. Raised in the Midwest but spiritually living in the Florida Keys, Sunny has been manifesting buying her own island since she was a little girl… and honestly, we’re all just waiting for the invitation. She once jumped out of a perfectly good airplane for a news story that barely anyone saw — proving she’s been willing to risk life and limb for great content long before podcasting was a thing. These days, she’s slightly obsessed with octopuses… octopi… honestly, the internet still hasn’t fully recovered from trying to settle that argument. As a mom of four, Sunny knows motherhood isn’t about perfection — it’s about leading with love, staying flexible, and learning to laugh at yourself along the way.
